Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
